For The Most Affordable Support Options
Our goal is to always provide the most affordable and convenient tech support services for our customers. If we determine a support issue cannot be resolved via phone support, we will offer the customer Inhouse or Onsite Support services.
Onsite support services will dispatch a tech to the customer location to troubleshoot and resolve support issues for home users and home businesses. However, there may be cases when Onsite support services could be more expensive than our Inhouse Services which we will offer.
Inhouse services offer the same level of support as Onsite services, but troubleshooting and services are done at our support location to keep rates at a minimum for customers.
If necessary, we can pick up and deliver the device that needs service for your added convenience if Inhouse support services are a better option.
